Return & Refund Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

All of our Shipping Options are weight based.
We aim to get all orders placed before 3pm dispatched the same day (Monday-Saturday), however this is not always possible. We would ask you to add 1 extra processing day onto the listed delivery durations.
Please note that the delivery duration is calculated from the point of dispatch, rather than when the order was placed.
Our orders are fulfilled using Royal Mail courier services depending on size, weight and destination. Unfortunately, on very rare occasions, the parcels can be subject to delays, damage or loss. Please get in touch with us as soon as possible regarding delivery issues, as we will not be notified until the situation is brought to our attention.
We aim to deliver all of our orders within the estimated delivery duration. If for any reason we cannot deliver your orders within the specified time, we will inform you right away. Our delivery partners include Royal Mail
In the unlikely event that your buyer has not received the parcel, we would kindly ask you to wait 7 days from the estimated delivery date before contacting us. Courier services can occasionally experience some unexpected delays, which unfortunately we do not have any control over.
The delivery duration applies only after the payment has been made, as opposed to when the order was placed or created.

HOW DO I RETURN A PRODUCT?
Please Email firstname.lastname@example.org anytime or phone 07824189550 Monday to Friday 9am till 5pm, Saturdays 9am till 3pm and provide details including your order and our team will reply within 48 hours.
- Some items can not be returned if they are opened unless faulty.
- Merchandise that has been used or altered may not be accepted for return or exchange.
- Original packaging must be kept to gain any refunds/replacements
- Please allow 48 hours after we have received your item to investigate the fault
- If deemed faulty, we will offer you store credit to place a new order through our site – giving you a new invoice & warranty from purchase date
- If an item is found not to be faulty, it will be returned to you via Royal Mail 2nd class tracked service and will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
- If found faulty within 30 days of purchase date, you are entitled to either a store credit or refund.
- If found faulty after 30 days but within our 90 day warranty, you will either be offered a repair or store credit.
